We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make the return process clear and fair. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

When you complete your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed our return rules and timelines.

  • You agree to follow the steps below if you want to return an item.

  • If a dispute or chargeback is opened, this policy (plus order and communication records) may be used as supporting documentation.

2. RETURNS (30 DAYS)

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the conditions below are met.

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (and packaging where applicable).

  • Only normal fitting/inspection should have taken place.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the package.

We may refuse a return if an item shows signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

4. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Your reason for return

  • Your full name and shipping address

  • Photos (only if the item arrived damaged/defective)

Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may be rejected.

Tip: We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.

5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos (or a short video) showing the problem

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement (depending on availability), or

  • Another appropriate solution based on the situation

In some cases, we may not require a return for verified damaged items.
Replacement timelines typically range from 7–14 business days.

6. LOST, UNCLAIMED, OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or it appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the courier.

If a package is:

  • Refused at delivery

  • Unclaimed

  • Returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address

A $35 CAD deduction may be applied to your refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.

7. CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible:

Please note:

  • We process orders quickly, so once an order has shipped, it cannot be stopped.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it after delivery by following the steps in this policy.

  • Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us first — we’re genuinely here to help and we aim to resolve things quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we may provide supporting documentation such as:

  • Order confirmation

  • Tracking information

  • Email communication history

  • Photos (if applicable)

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.

9. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns are shipped to our central warehouse (Asia) at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance timelines, or import processes.

  • For hygiene-sensitive items, returns that show signs of wear/use may not be accepted.

  • Returns are not free — shipping/handling costs apply.
